Recognized as one of Canada's foremost mediators, Rick Weiler is also
experienced in conducting arbitrations of commercial, construction,
employment and insurance-related matters. He is a past Chair of the
National ADR Section of the Canadian Bar Association and was the
recipient of the 2004 Award of Excellence in ADR from the Ontario Bar
Association's ADR Section. Rick currently serves as a Canadian delegate
on the NAFTA 2022 Committee.
Providing effective and appropriate dispute resolution services primarily
throughout Ontario on a full-time basis since 1993, Rick has also provided
ADR consulting and training services to a wide variety of Canadian and
international clients.
