Weiler Prize Awarded

Rick Weiler recently mediated the final round of the University of Ottawa Law School Mediation Advocacy competition.  Teams were comprised of two students, one acting as client and the other as lawyer.  The competition is based on effectiveness in mediation including preparation of a negotiation plan, allocation of responsibility between lawyer and client and overall results achieved in the mediated negotiation.  This year's recipients of the Richard Weiler Prize for Mediation Advocacy are Paul Jonah and Donald Dawson.
