Weiler speaks at OTLA

Rick Weiler recently addressed a well attended conference of the Ontario Trial Lawyer's Association on the topic of "Overcoming Barriers to Settlement in Long Term Disability Mediations".  Rick's comments, drawing on 20 years of mediating LTD disputes, identified common barriers that arise in these mediations and what lawyers and mediators can do to overcome them.  Rick has delivered similar talks for the in-house legal departments of Canada's major LTD insurers in the past.
